Abdulhai Pandor
BSc, MSc, MBAPE
Abdul, a practicing Engineer for 50 years, is a Director and Principal Consultant in the firm of Professional Engineering Services Ltd. In this capacity, he is involved with the firm’s business practices related to environmental, solid waste, civil and structural design related projects.
Abdul is highly rated in road and civil works designs and his experience includes project management and design responsibilities for international banking agency projects throughout Barbados and the Caribbean. In that role, Mr. Pandor was head of the design team for the World Bank Rehabilitation programme. His experience also includes the preparation of tender documents, cost estimates and construction packages, and site supervision of construction projects.
Dawood Pandor
BEng, SM, ACGI, MBAPE, MAPE, CEng, MICE, MIStructE
Dawood, a practicing Engineer for 32 years, is a Director and Principal Consultant in the firm of Professional Engineering Services Ltd. Dawood is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and has experience in a diverse range of engineering projects, having been involved in the design and project management of conventional structures, high-rise buildings, tension structures and highways worldwide.
Dawood, has also had extensive site experience, having been a Resident Engineer during the construction of commercial concrete framed structures, skyscrapers and tension structures while working with Buro Happold in the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia and New York. In 1999, Dawood was part of the four-man team at Buro Happold which was awarded the MacRobert Award by the Royal Academy of Engineers, for the design of the Millennium Dome, London.
Quennel Reece
BSc, MSc, MBAPE
Quennel, a practicing Engineer for 19 years, is a Director and Principal Consultant in the firm of Professional Engineering Services Ltd. He is a graduate of the University of the West Indies and the University of Manchester, UK. Quennel is experienced in the design of building structures and civil works. Quennel’s main focus is in the analysis and design of structures involving the use of reinforced concrete, steel work, masonry, timber and composite construction.
Quennel’s civil and structural works cover a wide base of sectors including Tourism, Health Care Facilities, Industrial Buildings, Commercial Buildings, single and multi-storey Residential Buildings, in Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean islands.
