PESL’s staff continues to grow in numbers and experience in order to provide the full level of services required by our clients, from project implementation through to project completion. Our Senior Engineers
Christopher St. John
BSc, MBAPE
Chris is a graduate of The University of the West Indies, with over 27 years experience in civil and structural engineering design and providing design solutions for the construction and repair of structures. Since joining PESL, Chris has been heavily involved in design, coordination and execution of construction phase engineering services for the firm, providing technical oversight and onsite inspections on several key projects around Barbados.
Aneil Arman
BSc, MSc, MAPETT, R.Eng
Aneil is a Structural Engineer with PESL, has over 12 years of experience in civil and structural engineering design. Aneil completed a Master of Science in Structural Engineering with distinction from the University of Sheffield in 2019 after graduating from the University of The West indies in 2011, with Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He has been involved in the design, implementation and supervision of reinforced concrete and steelwork structures in Barbados, Trinidad and Tobago and the wider Caribbean.
Aneil brings to the team specific experience in the use of American Codes and Standards along with specific experience in the design of post tensioned, long span concrete structures.
Patrick Moore
BSc, MSc, MBAPE
Patrick is a graduate of The University of the West Indies, with over 19 years experience in civil/structural engineering. Patrick has worked on projects in different sectors in Barbados, St. Lucia and Dominica. He has a sound knowledge in reinforced concrete, reinforced masonry and structural shell structures. He is proficient in project management policies, general engineering administrative duties and competent in the use of a range of engineering software, and international codes.
Adrian Greenidge
BSc, MSc, DIC
Adrian, a practicing Engineer for 27 years, is a graduate of the University of the West Indies and the Imperial College, London, UK. Adrian is a Civil and Transport Engineer experienced in the design and site supervision of drainage, sewage and road design projects in Barbados and the Caribbean.
His diverse experience includes construction supervision and technical oversight during construction, hydraulic analysis, pavement design, contract administration, condition assessments, preparation of Bid documentation, liaison with clients and community groups and general management of engineering projects.

Justin Leslie
BSc
Justin is a civil/structural engineer with over 11 years of experience and has worked on projects in different sectors in Barbados, Trinidad and Anguilla. He has a sound knowledge in structural analysis and design, detailing of reinforced concrete and has extensive experience as a Site/Resident Engineer on a variety of projects in the Caribbean.
Darius Cumberbatch
BSc, MSc
Darius, a Civil Engineer with over 9 years experience, is a graduate of the University of the West Indies and the University of Nottingham, UK. With a focus on Civil works and Transportation engineering, Darius has been involved in the drainage designs, highway geometric and pavement design, supervision and inspection of both structural and civil works projects in Barbados and around the Caribbean.

Kenroy Weekes
AAS
Kenroy, a graduate of the Barbados Community College in Building and Civil Engineering, has over 21 years experience in detailing civil and structural engineering projects. Kenroy’s diverse experience and strength in Civil 3d and Civil works detailing allows him to coordinate and provide computer aided draughting and quality control in PESL’s drawing office.
Richmael Padmore
AAS
Richmael, a graduate of the Barbados Community College in Building and Civil Engineering, has over 30 years experience in detailing civil and structural engineering projects. Richmael’s diverse experience and strength in reinforced concrete detailing allows him to coordinate and provide computer aided draughting and quality control in PESL’s drawing office.

Reudon Edwards
AAS
With over 18 years of experience in draughting and site supervision with an Associate Degree in Building and Civil Engineering, Reudon has the technical experience to meet the drawing and detailing requirements of civil and structural engineering projects.
Andrew Phillips
AAS
Andrew brings over 23 years of experience in executing drafting duties and preparation of working drawings, specifications, and the management of civil and structural drawings. Andrew is highly skilled in AutoCAD and Tekla software applications.

Tracy Watson
Tracy has over 15 years experience in the Accounting and Administration fields. She ensures the smooth day-to-day running of the company’s operations, while handling a wide range of administrative and accounting duties with executive support-related tasks.
